Light Steel Structure residential building

These modular buildings are prefabricated to each bespoke design and plans agreed with clients. They are considered temporary structures although the life span of these buildings can be up to 50 years depending on the usage and the materials specified.
Material:

The Light Steel component is to the GB standard is EU CE certified and has been used in buildings in countries such as Germany, France and Poland to name a few.
The wall panel is a light colour steel sandwich panel, the light colour steel sheet as the upper and the lower, the internal core can be either polystyrene foam or polyurethane foam or rock wool all of these have good thermal properties these add to the lightweight structure requiring less of a foundation thereby saving on the time to build and cost of groundworks

The materials meet fire retardant regulations for the EU
