Craig Naude - Managing Director.

A development and management Professional with more than 30 years' experience in international and culturally diverse markets (Africa, USA and EU). His focus is on the development potential and economic importance of the Renewable Energy sector in agriculture, mining and municipal energy security. He draws on his experience in financial services, foods and pharmaceutical manufacturing (in both general management and director-level positions), where he has demonstrable records of success. He is skilled in the assessment/application of renewable energy technology, project development and management, investment analysis and start-

up/business development, with very good people skills and a keen understanding of what makes businesses succeed. He is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).

Robert Farrell - Finance Director and Company Secretary. (Irish)

Robert qualified as an accountant and has worked for 'Big 4'accounting firms, in Ireland and overseas in the areas of accounting, taxation and corporate finance. For many years he has been Principal of The BlackHeath Partnership, a business finance advisory and for almost twenty was a non-executive director of Oasina Investments Limited, a pension and mortgage advisory..

David Breen - General Consultant to the Board

David worked for 24 years with AIB in both Branch Banking and Senior Lending Management in Bank centre. David left the bank in 1997, as Commercial Development Manager to establish his own Pension, Investment and Mortgage advisory company 'Oasina Investments' which he managed for over 20 years until its sale in 2017. 

Mervyn van Heerden- Technical Consultant

Mervyn is responsible for the procurement and logistics process within the business. He has an extensive record of success in supply chain management in South Africa and the UK, with 17 years International Procurement and Logistics experience, as well as a portfolio of marketing consultancy contracts spanning 15 years. He was previously a co-founder and director of Herdboys eKapa South Africa, the first Black- owned advertising agency there
